How we use what you send us

EdWorX Course Production is a service of Altamont Advisory.

What we collect

If you use the form on our site, we ask for your name, your organisation, your work email and a short note about what your people need to learn. If you reach the form through a link in an email, we also keep which link it was, so we can see which notes reached you. We do not ask for anything else.

Why

Only to read your note and reply to you by email. We do not add you to a mailing list.

Who sees it

A small number of people on our team read your note. Your note is delivered to us by email through Resend, an email service that handles the message for us. We do not sell your details or share them with anyone else.

Visits to the site

We keep a simple log of visits that records which pages were opened. It does not use cookies and it does not follow you from site to site.

How long we keep it

We keep your note for up to 24 months after our last reply, then delete it. If you never hear from us, we delete your note after 12 months.

Asking us to remove it

Write to info@edworx.com and we will tell you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. If you tell us you would rather not hear from us again, we will stop writing to you.
