Sajida H. Shroff leads the EdWorx team to best meet our client's needs .

Sajida has over 13 years of progressive experience in Educational Management, Operations, and Development; Corporate Strategy and Business Development; Diversity Issues; NGO Fundraising; Project and Financial Management ; and Training. She is also highly skilled in communications and capacity building.

Sajida's academic credentials along with her professional experiences enable her to provide added value to her client's agenda. Ms. Shroff has a B.A. in History (Honors) and Asian Area Studies from the University of British Columbia; a B.Ed. in K-12 Education also from UBC; an Ed.M. from Harvard University where she focused on Administrative Planning and Social Policy as well as International Education; and a M.B.A. in Management and Marketing from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University .

Her unique perspective developed as a result of professional experiences in Canada, the USA, the UK, Kenya, Morocco, Spain, India, Pakistan, and the Middle East. As a result, Ms. Shroff is committed to developing and enhancing educational and corporate environments so they can have a positive impact on students, staff, and faculty. Ms. Shroff is dedicated to organizational development and institutional effectiveness through the empowerment and engagement of the parties involved.

Sajida has served as head of school and has also managed schools. She was a formative member of an educational leadership group that focused on the concerns that educational leaders face. Additionally, she has worked within the private and public sectors; and has lived and worked in Asia, East and North Africa, the UK, Europe, the Middle East, and North America .
