Assessment/Evaluation

Assessment and evaluation services available through EdWorx include

Institutional Development

Institutional Development consists of organizational evaluation and analysis. The evaluation enables the management to appraise perspectives and keeps the leadership conscious of the establishment's environment. The analysis and development strategy are particularly useful just before or just after the implementation of a significant process modification.

Day Programs

Day Programs require significant assessment in several areas including: the application process, marketing, logistics, curriculum, retention and faculty. Day programs should be assessed by an external evaluator on an ongoing semi-annual basis.

Residential Programs and Camps

Residential Programs and Camps should also be assessed in regards to the application process, marketing, logistics, curriculum, facilitators and faculty, arrival and orientation procedures, program team and participant composition. EdWorx advises Residential Program and Camp Management Teams to enlist the services of an external evaluator to provide a comprehensive assessment plan.

Curriculum

In order for a curriculum to maintain its level of excellence, it is vital that the various components are evaluated and updated on a regular basis. Curricula should be reviewed in relation to established and ongoing needs.
